The is the official website of the Osceola County Government. Osceola County is located just south of Orange County (the home of Orlando). This once sleepy county has gone through significant growth in the past decades and is now one of the most populated counties in the Central Florida area. Kissimmee and St. Cloud are two of Osceola's largest cities.

St. Cloud is a small family oriented town right outside of Orlando. We have 2.5 miles of beautiful lakefront and an extensive parks program. We have a wonderful historic downtown with character and our schools are high rated. St. Cloud is adjacent to the Florida Turnpike making travel to Orlando and the International Airport only a 25 minute drive away.

All About OUC-The Reliable One OUC is a municipally owned public utility providing water and electric service to the City of Orlando and adjoining portions of Orange County (including parts of Osceola County). KUA owns, operates and manages the municipal electric system established by the City of Kissimmee in 1901. Compared to the other municipally-owned electric utilities, KUA is the 6th largest utility in Florida. KUA's 300+ employees serve approximately 58,000 customers in Kissimmee and surrounding areas.
